Personalized items and special orders may not be refunded once orders have been placed. Please call (617) 855-7778 or email info@calistawest.com prior to placing a special order with any questions to be sure we get it right for you. 

All items are in stock unless specified. Made to order items typically take around 3 weeks to be finished. Engagement ring orders take approximately 3-6 weeks.

All in stock items ship overnight with signature required within 2-3 days of placing your order. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation once your item is ready to ship.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express or wire transfer. We also accept local checks and cash if you're on Nantucket!
