Seasonal Sales Stylist

Applications for the position will be accepted until March 15th. Position is to be filled by April 1st.

Calista West is looking to hire a seasonal (April-October) Sales Support Stylist. This role asks that you are knowledgeable about the fine jewelry industry, with a specific focus on diamonds and gemstones. You have prior successful sales experience, and enjoy building relationships and making memorable connections with clients. You do this through your natural aptitude for placing others at ease through your communication and presentation. Day to day you will be asked to be in person at our store location, tending to customers, sales inquiries, and store operations. With this requirement you will be asked to deeply understand the brand aesthetic and be able represent it appropriately.

Personally, you interface easily with many different types of people, take pride in beautiful curation, and are a team player with a can do attitude, who remains calm and solution oriented in the face of conflict. Additionally, you are efficient with the tasks in front of you, and adaptable to what is needed on any particular day.

Logistically, this role asks you live or relocate to Nantucket, MA for the Summer season (May-September). There is potential for growing within the role to a full time basis and will be considered on a case by case basis. Compensation considerations include, commission, bonus, and benefits.
